Hodum Retainer & Fees

Retainer & Fees

After consultation with one of our attorneys, you will be quoted a retainer amount.  We have no set retainer amount; instead, our retainers are based upon the individual facts of each case.  For example, an uncontested divorce or a first-offense D.U.I. will likely have a lower initial retainer than a contested divorce or a third-offense D.U.I. with a possession charge.

All our retainers are non-refundable and each client must sign a Retainer Agreement which sets forth the rights and obligations of the client and of The Hodum Law, Pllc.

Method of Payment

Our office acepts payment in the forms of check, cash and credit card.

To make a payment via credit card, please contact our office at (901) 853-8110. You will need your account number, the expiration date, the security code and the billing address of the card.
